Service Description

Where weight loss is your primary goal (reduction in body-fat), I look at your overall diet and lifestyle, and devise a plan that operates at multiple levels to help shift your body into a state to burn more fat and store less of it. This usually involves a combination of dietary education and coaching, which I tailor to your individual needs. After your initial session, I will see you for two more followups, to keep you on track, and modify your programme as needed. After this, you can book additional return consultations according to your needs. A standard weight-loss program involves: 1) Nutrition advice & coaching (60min) 2) Follow-up (60min) after 6-8 weeks. Assess progress, challenges, adapt plan, further coaching as relevant. 3) Follow-up (45min) after another 6-8 weeks. Assess progress & challenges, further adjustments and coaching as relevant. Additional consultations in person or via Skype/Zoom can be added as per need. 1000kr/60min session (in clinic coaching) Where significant challenges remain. 750kr/45min session (clinic, or virtual)-A few challenges, some coaching. 500kr/30min session (Skype or clinic). You're going well, just need minor guidance/coaching to keep on the right path.
