Service Description

A thorough investigation of your health-status and health history aiming to identify imbalances and the root causes of chronic health issues, and sub-optimal wellbeing. Includes assessment of a detailed health questionnaire, food diary and any past test results. At the consultation we will build on this to establish a more detailed overview of your health history, signs, symptoms, stressors and events that may relate to your current health status. I then work with you to develop a diet/lifestyle plan to address your main issues and goals. You leave with a report including diet and lifestyle plan, example meals for 3 days, recipe suggestions if relevant, supplement recommendations and test recommendations if needed and referrals if relevant. Consultations in English and/or Swedish.
