Hatha/Vinyasa (yoga-flow) 60min
A traditional Hatha/Vinyasa class with an infusion of Ashtanga and Iyengar.
Calming and focussing the mind, whilst moving the body through a sequence of postures, correographed to allow smooth transitions and a continuous flow of energy, as we go through warm-up, standing, sitting and lying positions, working with strength, balance, flexibility and agility, always integrating movement with the breath. You will get a good workout as well as coming away feeling relaxed and invigorated. We normally start or finish with some yogic breathing (pranayama).
The class suits both beginners and experienced yogis.
After the class you are welcome to enjoy a cup of ginger tea with fellow participants.
14 sessions between 1 September to 8 December, with a week off for Höstlov.
1960kr for a term-pass, or 180kr drop-in.
