About the Event

Christina Mattson is a  Nutritional Therapist focussing on Gut Health.

Growing up, a healthy lifestyle and diet were part of Christinas everyday life. But the importance of what we put into our bodies was first discovered when she was diagnosed with Celiac disease in her twenties. After many years of suffering with different symptoms, she was finally able to achieve a new quality of life. Her interest in the importance of food grew from this, leading her to study nutritional therapy and on to where she is today.

Christina uses scientific knowledge of how the body works, to correct imbalances to naturally achieve optimal health in her clients.

"It's incredibly motivating for me to see people make the connection between better wellbeing and a new relationship with food and lifestyle".
