Service Description

A thorough investigation of your health-status and health history aiming to identify imbalances and the root causes of chronic health issues, and sub-optimal wellbeing. Includes assessment of a detailed health questionnaire, food diary and any past test results. At the consultation we will build on this to establish a more detailed overview of your health history, signs, symptoms, stressors and events that may relate to your current health status. I then work with you to develop a nutrition/lifestyle plan to address your main issues and goals. You leave with a report including your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, recipe suggestions if relevant, supplement recommendations, and test recommendations if relevant. It is also possible to arrange a comprehensive blood panel prior to your initial consultation (tests are paid independently). I will refer you to a doctor or other health professional if needed for further investigations or to investigate any red-flags. We then meet for followup consultations (60min) in accordance with your needs to support you on your health journey. Consultations in English and/or Swedish.
